How we use your details.

Who we are

Trinitas Studio helps service businesses put AI to work. We work from the United Kingdom and Colombia. For anything about your data, email info@trinitasstudio.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the "Let's talk" form: your name, email, company name, company size, and your answers. Your phone or WhatsApp number if you give it.

When you book a call: the time you pick and anything you add to the booking.

On the call: notes, and a recording if you agree to it. We always ask first, and you can say no.

Why we use it

To prepare for our call, to talk with you, and to send you our playback and any proposal.

We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored in the tools we use to run the business: Attio (our client records), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (bookings) and Vercel (this website). Some of these providers keep data outside the United Kingdom and Colombia, under their own data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after we last spoke, unless we go on to work together. Call recordings are deleted once the playback is done, unless you ask us to keep them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop using them. Email info@trinitasstudio.com and we will reply within a month.

In the United Kingdom, these rights come from UK GDPR, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

In Colombia, they come from Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data), and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (sic.gov.co).
